Case Studies

Waste Water Handling

Aerogem headed a project for Global Titanium to create solution for waste water handling in their recycling plant. The project involved a state of the art ultra-filtration system which made the plant fully compliant with local environmental requirements.

Aerogem was responsible for building six modules to control resin carbon and sand filters. The project faced challenges due to limited space however Aerogem helped resolve this through overseeing the installation of a mezzanine to hold various tanks, ion exchange modules and a control panel.

Solutions for Metal Recycling

Aerogem carried out an engineering review of SOS Metals in different global locations. As well as proposing improvements and advising on environmental costs savings Aerogem led the procurement, purchasing and installation of processing equipment for plants in the US, Czech Republic and UK.
